Fault treatment of explosion-proof electric heater:
Use the multimeter to measure whether the main circuit power is normal and check whether the power supply is sent out.
Open the voltage regulation module to check the module circuit board is normal, change the voltage regulation module and replace the fuse.
Using the multimeter DC voltage file to measure whether the relay coil has direct current, if no electricity is indicated, the constant closed point is not closed, and the instrument is notified to check the instrument.
When the fault alarm relay acts, the fault alarm lamp will be lit, and there will be a sound alarm. If the overheated temperature controller overheat the alarm, it should stop the electric heater, and then use it after the temperature drops, and further check the related equipment. If the internal fault alarm of the voltage regulating module is usually caused by the burn out of the electronic components, the same type of pressure regulating module spare parts should be replaced as soon as possible, so as to ensure the production needs. If the medium temperature measuring device fails to alarm, we should check the change of the field temperature probe.
When the voltage regulating module not receiving the control signal, should use special clamp meter to measure the current signal measurement, or the voltage regulating module removed any line, the multimeter in current gear is connected in series between the two lines, to see if there is a current signal sent over, if not inform the staff with the inspection instrument.
