There are two simple ways:

How to deal with the scale problem of pipeline electric heater:
1, pharmaceutical cleaning, aiming at the composition of scale, developed a kind of anti fouling agent, added to the pipe heater, can soften the pipe heater in the scale, and to achieve the effect of cleaning.

4, sodium ion softening treatment, refers to the use of sodium ions containing solvent in the heat transfer fluid, so that it will soften the scale and remove the effect of scaling.
One millimeter of scale will reduce the heating effect by 10%, and the effect is very obvious. So after we use, we must clean the pipe electric heater in time, in case the unnecessary trouble will appear in the next use.
