Electrical heater system description and eight characteristics

The electric heater operation, in our opinion is very strange, although there have been previous knowledge of foreshadowing, but it is a type of electric heater, compared with ordinary electric heater, or different, so we should seriously learn about, and to be able to learn to use, in order to better use of it.

2. distributor panel operation of electric heater

(1) check all lines and make sure the line is reliable.

(2) the interlocking points shall meet the requirements, and the emergency stop button on the panel shall be in normal use.

(3) the electric heater has a chain of pressure alarm, when the alarm, the contact is broken, the heater is closed, and after the normal state of return, the electric heater can automatically start operation.

(4) the start and stop of the heater can be operated on the spot simultaneously.

(5) if the heater is not used, the main breaker shall be switched off to prevent malfunction.
