The electric heating boiler is mainly composed of the boiler body, the electronic control box and the control system. Its characteristics are environmental protection, clean, pollution-free, noise free and automatic. The electric heating tube is the core part of the electric heating boiler, which directly determines the service life of the boiler, and chooses the non-metallic heating tube (such as ceramic electric heating tube) as much as possible, because it bears the load and the life span is long, and it is a hydropower separation structure. Electric heating boiler adopts a metal tubular electric heater, which is used to heat the water to heat energy directly into heat (producing hot water or steam). Resistance type

The resistance type is a high impedance tube electric heating element. After the power supply is connected, the tube shaped electric heating element produces high heat to make water hot water or steam. The tubular electric heating element consists of a metal shell, an electric heat wire and a continuous oxidizing three. The advantage of the element is that the water is not charged in water, is safe to use, and does not cause pollution to the water quality. The problem is that the increase of boiler capacity depends on the quantity of tube shaped electric heating element, and the boiler load is adjusted according to the quantity of transportation. Therefore, the capacity of the boiler is limited by the arrangement of the structure of the electric heating element.

Electrode type

The working principle of electrode element is to insert electrodes into water, and directly convert electric energy into heat energy by using the high heat resistance characteristics of water. In this transformation process, energy is hardly lost. The electrode components are divided into ordinary electrode type and high voltage electrode type. The operation of the electrode type boiler is very safe, and the boiler will not have a dry burning phenomenon. Because once the boiler is broken down, the circuit between the electrodes is cut off and the electric power is zero, the boiler will stop running automatically.

Electrofilm

The electric film heating technology is a new technology developed in recent years, which has a higher electric heating efficiency than the resistance wire. The principle is to spray the semiconductor film (metal oxide) on the surface of the enamel tube by spraying the appellate microsphere electrothermal material, so as to realize the high power electric heating conversion. They are characterized by a greater range, long service life, current impact resistant ability, high adhesion and anti damage ability, and change for base material, variety, simple equipment, less investment, low operating environment requirements.

The electric heating furnace is a new, safe and efficient energy saving, low pressure (under normal pressure or low pressure) special industrial furnace and can provide high temperature heat, with heat conducting oil as heat carrier, the heat carrier circulating through the heat pump, the heat is transferred to the heat equipment.

Electrical heating oil system is composed of explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger (if any), the explosion-proof control box, heat pump, expansion into a skid slot combination, the import and export pipeline users only need only access to power, medium and some electrical interface can be used.
